If you are not completely satisfied with your C&B purchase we will do our best to make it perfect for you. Please note that personalised items are are non-returnable, or refundable.  If you’d like to return your non personalised item we’re happy to exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.  Just send it back with the packaging and a returns form. For hygiene reasons we’re unable to accept returns on earrings.

If a mistake has been made on our part we will, of course, correct the error or refund if required.

Every piece of C&B jewellery is covered by our one year warranty from the date of purchase.  Should your piece break due to a manufacturing defect in that time we’ll get it fixed for you free of charge. Please note that this guarantee does not extend to the finish of our jewellery (gold plating, tarnishing etc.) as we can’t be responsible for the care of your item.
