Here are some frequently asked questions about Chambers & Beau personalised jewellery, but if you can’t find what you’re looking please contact us.

Lead time
Each piece of jewellery is hand stamped and constructed on receipt of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the creation and postage of your item. We normally turn things around much quicker though so if you have a shorter deadline please let us know and we will try our best to meet it. Please remember that each piece is hand-stamped and imperfections add to the charm.

All the silver we use is nickel free 925 Sterling Silver, and our Gold plating is 23 ct and 3 microns thick.

How to order
Please order through the eboutique. You can create your own combination, although if there is a particular combination that you would like that is not shown please get in touch and we will be happy to create it for you.

Stamping Information

Gift wrap
All items are beautifully presented in a signature velvet pouch and luxury gift box.

Once your order is placed you have a 24 hour period in which to cancel if necessary. After this period if personalisation of your jewellery has already begun you will not be able to cancel your order.
Due to the bespoke personalisation of Chambers & Beau jewellery it is non returnable. However if you are unhappy for any reason we will do our best to accommodate. We want you to love your jewellery.
If a mistake has been made on our part (EG incorrect spelling) we will of course correct the error or refund if required.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns on earrings (for hygiene reasons), or tarnished jewellery.

All UK items will be sent standard royal mail first class at £2.50. Items over £50 can be sent Tracked24 for £5. Royal Mail Special Delivery is £10. All Worldwide parcels will be sent Royal Mail international at £15. Parcels normally arrive within 5 days. European parcels are now sent Royal Mail International and can take up to 2 weeks however these orders will be prioritised.  We do not offer free returns, and should you need a refund we will do this asap, less your original postage cost unless we are at fault.
Please note that Chambers & Beau eboutique has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reached your destination country and for which you might be liable.

Chain Lengths
All chain lengths on the website are the end to end length of the necklace or bracelet (total length including charms etc). We recommend that you measure exactly the right length for you as necklaces can hang very differently depending on the individual. The best way to do this is to simply use a piece of string to measure around your neck so you can judge exactly where you’d like it to hang.  Quite a few of our customers like using our extenders which give a bit of flexibility in terms of length depending on what you’re wearing etc.  As a general rule we advise a 2″ difference in chain length for layering.

Occasionally items will go on back-order. We will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. We cannot guarantee availability of any design. Semi-precious stone shape and size (but not type) will be used based on the designers discretion as some stone shapes are not always available.

Cleaning and care
Polish all Chambers & Beau jewellery with a clean jewellery microfibre polishing cloth avoiding any gold plated or oxidised areas.
Do not expose your jewellery to chlorine, salt water, perfume or other solvents as this will cause your piece to tarnish, and cause surface finishes to deteriorate prematurely.
Always store your jewellery carefully after wearing, we recommend storing in an air tight zip lock bag to keep your piece in top condition.
Please note that gold plate and our oxidised finish are surface only finishes, and will inevitably fade over time with wear.
Do not wear in the shower, in bed or whilst swimming.

All of our products are covered by a one year warranty. Any breakages under the 12 month warranty with proof of purchase will be repaired free of charge. After the 12 month warranty period, any accidental damage/ breakage can be repaired at a small charge.  Please note that the finish on gold plated items is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if all components have been lost we cannot repair nor replace your item.
