All UK items will be sent standard royal mail first class at £2.50. We advise you to select the Special Insured option for all items over £50 (Royal Mail Special Delivery) at £8. All Worldwide parcels will be sent via DHL. Parcels normally arrive within 1-2 days. European parcels are sent Royal Mail International and generally arrive within 2 weeks.
Please note that Chambers & Beau eboutique has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you might be liable.
Changes to delivery outside the UK due to Brexit:
As a result of the UK leaving the EU, products that are delivered to Ireland or any other EU country are now classed as an international delivery and may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies, or other charges. These fees/charges are unfortunately out of our control as they are levied by the border force/customs office of your country and we cannot predict what these may be.
However, we do advise that you review these customs formalities and import fees before placing an order with becaususe you may be charged as the importer of our product.
Please be aware that the recipient of your order, not the person placing the order on our website will be responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the product/s and will be required to pay any additional charges for an international delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your C&B purchase we will do our best to make it perfect for you. Due to the bespoke personalisation of much of our jewellery, many items are non-returnable.
If a mistake has been made on our part we will, of course, correct the error or refund if required.
